International Service Opportunity for current and recently retired faculty

Qualifications

- A PhD in a relevant field.
- At least three publications in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Specialization in any of the following areas:
  • Marketing
  • Strategic Management
  • International Business
  • Information Systems and Business Analytics
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Organization and Human Resource Management
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Teaching Support

- Volunteers will co-teach courses alongside local facilitators
- Teaching commitment: Approximately 16 hours spread over a month.
- Required teaching periods:
  • 12th May – 3rd June 2025: Theoretical Foundations in All Electives
  • 11th July – 29th August 2025: Selected Topics in Research & Methodology in All Specializations
  • 8th September – 13th October 2025: Research Methodology
  • 28th October – 24th November 2025: Computer Applications in Research
  • 1st December 2025 – 15th January 2026: Advanced Design Research

- We are open to short, topic-specific sessions for those interested in delivering focused talks. These can be scheduled to fit the volunteers’ convenient time.

Supervision Support

- Volunteers can provide 1 hour per week for direct supervision.
- Commit to 2 email exchanges per month to guide students on their research progress. But we remain open to what is flexible for the volunteer.

Mode of Delivery

- All teaching and supervision will be conducted online in order to ensure accessibility and convenience.
